The above named owner of the stud and owner of the bitch hereby enter into the following contract for the mating of the two dogs named below:

This mating is to take place at the bitches next heat or season, on the date of___________ at the Kennel of bitch owner. The bitch owner accepts responsibility of stud while in their
care for service.
Stud fee is to be payable in payment &/or pick of litter
___________fee shall be paid to stud owner at time of drop off for service. Owner of the stud will make choice/picl of litter at the age of 8-9 weeks. Failure to do so, may limit his choice to what puppies are available after that date; but in no case after puppies are four months old. After four months of age puppies, right choice and/or payment of stud fee are forfeited and nonexistent.
If all puppies are born dead, or none survive to the age of 8 weeks, the stud dog owner has the postponed right to choice of puppy through mating the bitch's next heat/season to the above named stud, but a repeat service is at the stud owners option. No cash compensation is due to the owner of the stud dog. If the same condition occurs at the second whelping, obligations of both parties are terminated. These rights (choice/pick of litter) are not affected by a change of ownership of the herein named bitch,
A GUARANTEE OF ACTUAL MATING (and "tie") ONLY IS MADE. THERE IS NO GUARANTEE OF PREGNANCY OR OF PUPPIES LIVING OR DEAD.
If the bitch changes ownership for any reason, right of full service is at the stud owner's option.
The owner of the bitch agrees to be responsible for any and all veterinary cost for the bitch and any resulting puppies (as recommended in writing by the bitch's veterinary), and any cost to transport choice/pick of litter to stud owner's kennel.
In order to be assured of the pregnancy condition of the bitch, the right to see and examine her is hereby granted to the stud owner.
It is specifically agreed that the owner of the stud is not obligated to sign the application for registration of this litter until the stud owner has gotten possession of the puppy or puppies agreed.
It is further agreed that the owner of the bitch will not sell any of the puppies produced as a result of the mating to/or through any pet shops, or their agents, by mean of litter lot sales, or at any swap/flea markets.
The owner of the stud dog has the sole right to name the choice/pick of the litter puppy/puppies.
There are no other terms of this contact unless filled in here and initialed by both parties.
